What makes you think that? Is it that LNt has virtually proven nothing in HS or at Elite 11 or in spring practice or in fall camp that makes you believe LN will beat out any body next year much less MB? Or is it that he has played in no games for LSU this year? Or is it that he has shown the coaches that he has a complete understanding of the play book and reading defenses or maybe that he has convinced the coaches he is 100% healthy after 2 ACL surgeries? I know, it is that he has an NFL body. Well so does half the workers that clean drainage ditches for the NO public works.. but that does not make them a LSU QB.. Just be ready to be disappointed if you think LN is going to win the starting QB position in 2018!

I look forward to seeing Myles do work. He was very composed for a freshman with limited reps. The two ints are just a part of the game and had zero to do with him playing or not playing. He was a little uncomfortable with all the nuances of the Canada offense which is understandable. Shifts motions lining guys up checking the formation for misalignments etc. all is tough for a true freshman. He could have done it in a situation where Danny gets hurt. Like Fromm did at UGA but it may have been 2-3 games of struggles before he gets 100% comfortable.

What makes me think that? Oh I don’t know, maybe because he’s bigger, faster, stronger, a hell of a lot better athlete than Brennan, and also has the strongest arm on the football team. Not to mention, watch his films that show him to be a much better quarterback than Miles and with the speed and the moves to also run the ball unlike Miles. In fact, it’s not even close. Moreover, it was also against much better competition than just the Catholic League.

As far as playing this year goes, the coaching staff always knew that they would redshirt him to ensure that his knees were fully rehabilitated and strengthened. So, of course, he didn’t play this year, but that doesn’t automatically mean that Brennan is better because he is obviously not.

Not to mention, there are tons of player that had knee injuries early on in their playing careers that went on to have long and productive careers in the NFL because the surgeries combined with the rehabilitation actually makes their knees stronger than they were before. Excuse me, I don’t see how Narcisse will be any different.

In addition, coach O announced in one of his many press conferences the other day that Narcisse is now fully rehabilitated and that he was very anxious to see what he could do in the very near future.

Moreover, Miles hasn’t shown that he has mastered the whole playbook, which is why coach O says that coach Canada puts in a small package of plays for him that they feel that he can do adequately. Nevertheless, it was exceedingly obvious that he couldn’t come close to beating out Danny Etling. Not to mention, it was very obvious also that he couldn’t nearly handle the SEC rush.

Furthermore, for anyone watching him this season it was very obvious that he couldn’t read defenses. Man if he was half the superman you say he is, then why did coach O say he hasn’t come close to beating Danny Etling repeatedly in response to the constant tide of Brennan homers like you constantly crying and pleading for Brennan to play? You think O is a liar or something? Apparently!

Not to mention, only a severely mentally handicapped lunatic like you would be stupid enough to equate ditch diggers with Narcisse. What kind of argument is that you Einstein? How old are you? Do you meet the minimum age requirements for you to post here?

Moreover, Narcisse received far more quality college offers by far relative to Brennan because it is exceedingly obvious that Narcisse is a far better prospect relative to Brennan.

Narcissse will be the starting QB. Brennan is a pipe dream.

As much as I hope you're wrong, I agree. He can be good but isn't what this board has hyped him to be. Has a strong arm with a small frame and spastic tendencies(basing this off seeing him play in hs as well).
Meanwhile Narcisse can be special. Malzahn really wanted this kid.

I think guys like Dee Anderson, Stephen Sullivan and Drake Davis have all the talent in the world; they just need to be better developed. Then you throw in Giles and likely Terrance Marshall and I'd say talent isn't the issue

I think Dee, Stephen, Drake have a boat load of potential. But they didn’t do anything this year to make someone say we are loaded at WR. I would say they underachieved. Which may have some to do with the QB position. But none of those guys even closely resembled Beckham or Landry. Hopefully next year they turn the corner, which I think they can with a good QB and good coaching.

From what I’ve seen of Narcisse he really struggles with accuracy. Maybe he wasn’t fully healthy but he didn’t look anywhere close to being able to move the ball by passing.

You apparently didn't watch the Narcisse recruiting film that someone posted last week. The guy has a rifle.

frick everything about a 2 QB system. We had the best possible outcome with a minor 2 QB system (in the fact that we used two QBs evenly throughout the year) and we lost the NCG. That’s the best possible outcome of your idea.

Give the reigns to the best man. Then watch them grow for a season. If they look good, keep it rolling. If not, more options are always available.

I agree let the better one win the job. I hate two quarterback systems because I watched so many of them miserably fail over the years.

Dude you can have a run 1st offense and still have a sick passing game. We just need to be able to complete Buble screens, square ins, slants and pass more to tight ends. The only thing we really do well is chunk it deep that's not a healthy passing attack.

Until his first hit then he tears up one or both of his fragile knees and it's clipboard for the rest of his career.

Hope it does not happen but likely

Let me guess..... you are an expert on judging the qualities betwen different QB's and you don't even know the difference between "dual" and "duel"?

Fooking idiots.

Actually, Canada wanted to start Myles from the beginning of the season. Keep in mind, he had only practiced for a month or so. O overruled Canada, and that was where they started butting heads. You have no clue what you’re talking about. Your posts get more and more delusional each time you hit submit.
