Why wouldn’t he throw the kitchen sink first and then work down?

Les seems to enjoy being controversial. Pretty sad LSU would even consider such a resume. Vitello already has the same amount of success as Bianco, yet he's at an even lower tier SEC program. Imagine Vitello 16 years from now with only one Omaha trip. Would anyone be defending the idea of hiring him then?

I think we should be able to, but he's at his alma mater, 20 minutes from where he was born and raised, in a weaker conference without as much pressure.

Bianco would never be mentioned if he hadn’t played here.

He has a shot at one of the premiere programs in the country. I don't think he says no.

And even if he does, AT LEAST 5 or 6 more guys should have to tell us no before we even consider Bianco.

I don't think they're attainable. It would take alot of massaging to make the money work. And, it's important that we get a deal done before our current players and recruits get too far away.

ETA: I'm sure Woodward knows a number that would get Corbin here. And, it's probably asinine. I doubt he knows a number for Vitello, but you can bet that it's asinine...and I don't think Vitello would come anyway.

We just spent $3mil per year On a womens basketball coach. No reason we cant spend more tham $2mil per year on a baseball coach

I have faith that Vitello could massage any sour relationship with any player who thinks he wouldn’t be in their corner 100%.

Him and sully have the same agent. I would guess Woody knows the number.

I really don't know enough about him to say that. He seems to be building exactly what he wanted there, and they'll reward him for it. I wouldn't walk away from that.

Sexton isn’t stupid. If there’s a chance he could get an offer for his client, he will. It could up the current price or he could consider it.

I feel confident Woodward has been given the green light on $1.5m+ minimum, if needed

It has been elevated at times.

In order to choke, as you call it, you have to be revered. LSU fans seem to put OM on a pedestal & I can only think it’s because Bianco has ran a pretty good program

Well I actually believe Ole Miss is a strong baseball program.

They signed a top overall class in 2018? I think one Omaha trip in 20 years at a very good SEC program is horrible. I don't see how he magically improves on that at LSU. At this point he is what he is.

Yeah, he runs a

I don't agree letting Paul go if the plan is to turn around and hire Bianco. I don't see how that is any improvement. Bianco had a superior team and was a ginormous collapse from getting swept by LSU at home. Embarrassing.

Mississippi State has been to Omaha this month alone as many times as Ole Miss has in the last 20 years.
