I think Bianco would do very well here. He's one of us and should recruit better players here. I'll support whoever it is 100 %.

I won’t ask for names, but is the general list guys that are on the upside or downside of their career? It seems every name so far is someone on the back nine just looking for another coasting paycheck.

Let's pretend Sully and Casey are two of the 4 or 5. That leaves 2 or 3 left.

Let's say McDonnell is another. I dont think anyone would really be surprised if he decided to stay at UL. That leaves 1 or 2 guys left. Godwin has to be one of those guys. There's no way you can convince me that Godwin turns the job down.

He played here so he knows the expectation. Certainly doesn't hurt. Some of you folks need to realize Skip # 2 ain't walking thru the door. Bianco is a solid coach. I'm sure Godwin is as well.

You think someone has to play here to know the expectation?

I don’t want someone pretending to be Skip either.

I think you can get that one out of your mind. Project most could give you 10-15 years. One more

What in the flying frick does that have to do with ANYTHING? He isn't meeting Ole Miss's expectations. They are begging us to hire him. Think about that.

If we hire Bianco it would be the equivalent of a #2

Is that one (if it's just one) Godwin (43) or Vitello (42)?

I'm not as much against Vitello as I think most are. I understand the beef with his style and the fact that his track record is not long. I just don't see us pulling him - they're going to pony up to keep him, and I think that's been well known for awhile.

A little aside: You could read Vitello's lips after the game when he addressed Paul, "Thanks, coach. You were the first person to text me when I got here." Paul's back was to the camera so you couldn't see what he told Vitello. The blood between Vitello and Paul is not as bad as it appears. I'm sure it soured some this year. And, it really shouldn't matter what Paul thinks...but it will - Paul will have to help with the transition in some way, shape, or form in order to keep it as smooth as possible.

Ole Miss was playing for Omaha...expectations met and exceeded. That's the point. You telling me Bianco can't get better players and more of them at LSU ? Think again.
