Yes he is but not 100% as there have been others approving it. I actually liked it.

Verge somehow dodged serious charges during all the title 9 suits/cover-ups several years ago not to mention his badly botched season opener scheduling blunders...not once but TWICE were we 'blindsided' by future opponents via weak/no protective wording in the contracts HE signed ! All of this crap was swept under his over-sized 'rug'.....WHY is he never held accountable ? THIS is the one you would entrust our athletic dept. to....I THINK NOT !
