I’m all for the traditional uniforms because they are some of the best in football. But those of you that are on here bitching about LSUs white helmet/purple jersey/white pants Combo need to get your freaking eyes checked because that combo is gorgeous and the rest of the country seems to agree as well. I wouldn’t care how many times they rolled those beauties out on the field. Just because they haven’t been wearing that combo since 1970 doesn’t mean they are ugly.

I don’t think anyone is saying it’s necessary. Just that the players like changing it up. There is zero harm in it.

It’s one thing if they wear alternate for cupcake games but conference games should always be traditional
