I wouldn’t be shocked if BK gives up at this point

From here on out, it’s an uphill battle for him to get this program to where it needs to be. He’s going to have to reset the offensive side of the ball and find a competent OC along with getting a home-run transfer QB. He’ll also have to reset the DB and DL line up.
I can’t help but think that he’s just gonna give up and drag this out until his contract gets bought out. If he had any honor and actually cared about this program, he would just man up and admit that he’s not the right guy for the job. But he won’t, because he’s a lazy, self-absorbed piece of shite who only cares about the salary and not about the program. And for that, he can go frick himself.

I feel differently. Brian Kelly went 4-6 in 2016 at Notre Dame. He then went on to bounce back to 10-3 and 12-1 in 17-18. He kicked it into gear, and I expect him to do the same here.

He should. His body language sucks, his demeanor sucks, and his results are trash. I don't see a coach who is passionate about winning games and creating a hard-nosed team. I see a guy who is winding down in the sunset years of his life and has totally lost his edge.

With absolutely no basis, you say that his job is about to get very difficult, and if it looks like he sticks around to do the job, he has no honor and does not care about the program.

BK never gave a shite about the previous programs he was at, and he sure as frick doesn’t give a shite about ours. Kelly defenders like you who still defend him when he gets arse beat in 3 straight games are the worst.

Thinking the winningest active head coach in college football never cared about a single program he has ever coached at might be one of the most ridiculous thoughts I have ever seen on the rant.

What are you talking about man, he beat those dominant armed forces programs almost all the time.

Most of what he said was stupid but I wouldn't be stunned if he did retire. He's old school the same way all these other coaches who retired because they didn't want to negotiate million dollar contracts with high schoolers or re-recruit their roster every few months.

Man, he played such elite competition against teams like Central Michigan, Army, Navy, Toledo, etc. And it’s not like his teams got completely destroyed every time they made the CFP.
