LSU is enjoined from taking action that would prevent the covered plaintiffs from competing.

So as the legal dust starts to clear, LSU cannot say: "It looks like the SEC can't stop us, but we've decided ourselves that Wright and Harris aren't eligible, so we're not going to roster them." However, LSU can say, "External threats prevent us from adding Wright and Harris to the roster."

The reporting is a little confusing. Supposedly the judge enjoined LSU in the suit. I’m not sure if it was to pressure LSU to take the kids or if the judge was just trying to protect LSU if they did take them. But, I think it does expose LSU to some liability.

My guess would be that these players are going to sue the SEC for ignoring the injunction. Hopefully they’ll leave us out of it given that they know our hands are tied.

That is coming...don't worry. But they will probably also sue the SEC. They are the real group these players should go after.

These kids ain't gonna sue Kiffin or LSU. The SEC is gettin ready to have it broken off in their arse, arse they should,if what ain't good for one school should not be good for any school

They're going to sue everybody. Just about everyone on that list is going to sue the SEC and the Big 10, and whoever is involved with LSU likely sues LSU.

It's now past final add/drop day, the season has started and rosters are getting locked in. So, if you haven't found a school yet, you're basically shite out of luck. Next option is to try to go back and find a spot on a practice roster, and remember they stepped out of that, so it's back of the line there too.

That's a loss of 6 figures for anyone who could have made a P4 roster.

Wright's agent is Drew Rosenaus, he's going to direct him to sue anyone he can for loss.

Got a link? Or did you just believe some random X tweet?

One of the player's lawyers specifically said they had no plans to sue LSU or Coach Kiffin if the player was not rostered and did not feel the injunction required them to roster the player.

Players have zero basis to sue anyone. LSU simply following SEC and NCAA rules. Let them sue the media jerks.
