Can you imagine how upset they would be if they inspired Les to win another National Title?

That game was an ominous augury...

So we have a coach that sucks at coaching and doesnt give a frick what anyone thinks.

Personally, I love the fact that he doesn't give a frick.

Put yourself in a position where people are constantly breathing down your neck and those people don't know 10% of your job.......

I'd say I don't give a frick about you people either.

If there's any positive out of this 'incident', Miles atleast knows the fans hate him. Going by past behavior, you would assume he'd be oblivious thinking they still love him.

CLM is 100% correct in not giving a crap about fan's displeasure. His job is to make the team play better.

And whoever thinks 90% of the LSU fanbase dislikes CLM you are not living in reality.

A bunch of posters on a message board do not = 90% of LSU fans

there's an old saying that if you listen to the fans advise, you will be sitting with them.

However the fans are pissed when the teams loses/doesn't play well. The coaches should feel the same way.

I thought he didn't pay any attention to what the fans think - the same thing that some on this board keep saying. You can't have it both ways - either the fans have an impact or they don't. Which is it?

I think they do Htown but it doesn't serve the team any good during the season for the coaches to make critical statements to the media during the season, got another game in 6 days kinda thing. IMO somethings are better kept in-house

Wrong, the fan base only expects the team to play to its potential. The potential appears to be much greater with the talent level which is under utilized or not utilized at all.

I completely agree, somethings need to stay in house, but there is also no reason to try and blow sunshine up everyone's arse either. Say no comment or we don't worry about the reactions of some outside the program, we know we need to get better in some area's blah, blah.
