Machine Gun Miles fires back at the NEGATIGERS
:
"I can't worry about the confidence of the fan base," he said. "If my welfare was based on the confidence of the fan base, I would've been fired after my first (home) game."
LSU lost 30-27 to Tennessee in overtime in 2005 after leading 21-0 at the half.
"The year we won the national championship, they were ready to kill us after we lost to Arkansas (in the regular season finale)," Miles said.

Rightfully so. A fricking zoo chimp couldn't frick that team up, and Miles managed to lose 2 with them.

That is very DiNardo-esque of him.
The confidence is swelling.

I might have to challenge Miles to a gentleman's duel

I know this post pisses some people off, but he's right. The LSU fan base is happy with nothing other than perfection.

Have you published your John Brady love and intimacy letters yet?

So the people who are responsible for his checks mean nothing? Good to know Les, you Douchebag.
If he was not screwing up and wasting talent, I'd give him a pass, but getting lucky to win more than 7 games the last two seasons is great work buddy.
What a fricking moron.
Oh, and Les?

What fanbase that they are paying a coach $4 mil to would not be concerned. Also on the same note if any other team as talented as the '07 tigers would have lost the final regular season game against an avg team that would have put them in the bcs game, I am pretty sure their fans would have wanted to kill that coach as well.

So we have a coach that sucks at coaching and doesnt give a frick what anyone thinks.
Awesome.
Awesome.

Any thread with Choctaw and Beatles in it is always a good read. Thanks for the daily chuckle.

I'm glad he knows that people are upset. That way, if they don't get their crap together next season, it won't be a surprise when he gets fired.

I think this thread debunks LSUBEATLES own theory that the fan base has any affect on the coaching staff.
Myth busted.
Myth busted.
