Did you know in France, they call Robert Royal, “Le Royale?”

Go to six minute mark.

If you go to 3:26 mark you get to see John Chavis react to an LSU TD.

Rushed field after UF 1997. After years of archer and curly (especially the blowout losses that supurrier gave us) it was needed after beating then #1 UF

2000 TN I remember getting pissed that we rushed the field…… think we did it again for another game that season.

Again for Alabama. First time beating them in Baton Rouge in forever. I remember they plastered the goal posts with vaseline or something. But they still came down.

it would be realllllllyyyyy stupid to rush for any game this season. Ole Miss lost to Kentucky, Bama to Vandy, and OU will likely have 3-4 losses by the end of November. Storming the field is a great time, but there's not a legit reason to storm for any of our games this year in my opinion.

How else are the students going to get that sweet Instagram picture though?

I do agree they seem to do it super liberally now at a lot of schools.

I had bought a brand new pair of New Balance the day before. Lost them both on the field.

I always found that rush the field rather cringey. Not as bad as the Ole Miss one, though.

'97 Florida was my only time.

I think we should rush the field after every game, regardless of outcome

1967 I think.

2000 was My freshman year and nothing will ever top it!

I was on the field for 97 Florida, 2000 bama and Tennessee. Once I saw lsu beat a number 1 team, beat bama at home, and Tennessee I’m good. Let the kids run out there.

I was there but didn’t rush the field. I walked alongside the folks carrying the goalposts outside the stadium on my way out. I wonder where those ended up?

Same here, we rushed for Tenn but watches for Bama. The goalposts were greased for Bama if I remember correctly.

I was lucky enough to be a student for that and the 97 Florida game. And I think another goalpost game vs Bama was in there too.
