It really doesn’t matter when you became an LSU fan. I personally have seen much worse days at LSU. However there is no logical reason to embrace what orgeron has done so far. Looked like a fool with the OC situation. embarassing losses to miss st and Troy. Other staff hires look very questionable as well. Hired a sketchy guy with a truly fraudulent past to help run the operations. Disappointing end to recruiting. He somehow has managed to keep Aranda so I will give him that.

I'm 49, started at LSU right during the Archer years.

So you use a previous bad time in LSU football to prove that more bad times are okay?

Fact is, the 90s should show everyone how difficult it is to be successful. Everyone will go through peaks and valleys, but its what you do in the valleys that determines where you are as a program.

Well I can believe you don’t know your head from your arse either. Bottom line is we chose a mediocre coach. He can prove the nay-sayers wrong by winning. He hasn’t done it yet. Didn’t do it at ole piss or anywhere else for that matter.

This is moronic.

The LSU football program has grown exponentially over the last few decades.

Having high expectations after seeing what this program is capable of is not being "spoiled".

If you want to be a little p*ssy and be happy with mediocrity, then by all means, go ahead. But there are those of us who expect more from this program because of it's potential.

No it means we will have to settle for a few losses due to lack of depth...for now

Miles got fired for losing to mediocre SEC teams on a consistent basis....and not recruiting for depth on the lines....he would always pull high class rankings with 5 star qbs and rbs....and not have anybody to block for them...

You mean a guy that no one wants to hire? A guy that won with Saban players in a two loss season? A guy that almost didn't get past midfield? That guy? We competed once for a NC with his guys, how many seasons did that take?

Funny, I don't remember coach o letting ND drive the field and embarrass LSU with man coverage. Yes we all know he should have went for it. He went for it against UF, that didn't turn out well either. You losers bitch no matter what.

Which point in the game?

I know we lost at the goal line, but at least we were in the position to win it there. We were trailing by 6 and a TD with xp wins that.

Did you just say which point in the game and then answer your own question? Is that where we are now? Stupid people answering their own questions? All new rantards ignorance at its best

We fired the last guy because his philosophy was rooted in the 70s and he refused to adapt when it mattered. If we showed a breath of life on offense in big games it would have been a completely different story.

Miles was fired because of stubbornness and arrogance.
His style was not able to beat Bama...and like it or not, at this time, Bama is the "must beat team" for LSU to get to the SEC Championship and the NC Finals.
