Probably going to sell my season tickets next year. It is just too emotionally draining. No person should have so much of their personal happiness dependent on a game played by boys.

I had never felt so low as I did sitting in the cold wet in Tuscaloosa last week. I was ready to throw in the towel, but I told myself, "I'll feel better next week." And then my colon was breached by a bunker busting bomb.

I know boards like this thrive on irrational exuberance. Y'all have fun. I'm done for awhile.

Alright. Don't let the door hit you on the way out.

You mean you don't want to pay $1500 to make yourself miserable? I know the feeling. I can make myself miserable for free.

I was in Tuscaloosa also at the game and even though it sucked; I'm still going to cheer them on/get frustrated.

Life's too short to get so upset about it. Vent and move on but enjoy the times at the games mingling with the people and family and enjoy the game.

Do what you need to. I think I'm going to record the ole miss game. Gonna take the fiancé out for a night on the town and watch the game later.

I've let LSU and the saints ruin the last 2 weekends. Not this weekend goddamnit.

I mean, I'd be pretty pissed if I were a season ticket holder.

Do y'all expect LSU football to win every game?

Brunch, then dinner and dancing!

Maybe Bed, Bath, and Beyond I don't know! I don't know if we'll have enough time!

Sure, but isn't it kind of understood when you buy tickets to see a sporting event there's a chance there won't be your desired result? This guy is talking about being emotionally drained and his personal happiness taking a hit. There's too much terrible shite going on in the world for me to let a game affect my happiness to that extent. He has every right to give up his tickets and I think he should if it upsets him so much.

I'm pretty emotionally invested in LSU football, but I rarely let losses affect me that much. Usually, they're pretty easy to rationalize.

2008 Jarrett Lee taught me back in high school that it's nothing more than a game. I still won't forget sitting in great seats every week and watching grown men boo jarrett lee as an 18-year-old.

At this point i just like to have a great time tailgating and hangout with friends and family. My only complaint now is that it takes a toll on the wallet as a college kid to travel all over to watch good teams PIIOButts.

Needless to say I'll be in Oxford this weekend to see friends and just we don't quit.
