I don’t think he plays lazy…I think he tries to do too much with the ball handling.

I know this will be unpopular but this team is very undisciplined and doesn't display a high basketball IQ...not very cerebral.

Have to go back a few seasons but he reminds me of Josh Gray.

They have point guards who go too fast and play stupid at times for sure which causes too many turnovers. Days at times takes dumb shots and Reid gets dumb fouls. But defensively, I'd say they are very high IQ in what they do with all the constant switching and making sure guys are accounted for.

Gaines gets a little out of control sometimes. I think Wade did a good job sitting him in the first half when he tried to do too much and had a 3 possession stretch was ugly
But make no mistake, he adds way more to the team than he takes away. And tonight he was nails down the stretch. Played great D, nailed his free throws, and took care of the basketball against a press with our other ball handler out of the game.
