It was very vivid. We ended up going 9-3 (losses to Fla, Ark, and A&M), and Bama finished 11-1 (7-1), but Tiger Stadium was as electric as ever and the season gave us hope that Alabama would not be a thorn in our side 90% of the time.

I would be very happy if this happened, and I definitely think it can. A&M wasn't supposed to beat Alabama last year either, but if they hadn't they would've been 0-3 in SEC play, and that probability was too low. Bama will drop one (like Georgia did in 2018), and I think we can pull it off, even if they still win it all again.

ETA - score was 31-28

What's Florida's QB situation like? Last year they were alternating the 2 guys and neither one of them were really good passers.

I can see UF being a BS loss type of situation where we should've won that game. We've had a really good run against them winning 9/12, but that won't continue every year. Being on the road I can see a close loss where we outplayed them but score didn't reflect it.

I'm not ready to automatically concede a loss to Bama.

As bad as last year was, the game came down to one inaccurate pass on 4th and 9 where Bech was open and the line needed to give Max 1 more second of protection to convert.

At home with a raucous crowd and a disciplined team (think of how many times Bama beat Les because of dumb penalties, etc.) just don't get blown out and we'll have opportunities to win in the end.

We have a chance to beat anyone. If the defense lives up to expectations we can be in every game we play this year. So beating Bama is totally possible. They have OL issues this year. If the offense can just put up 24 to 35 a game we can beat anyone. I think the defense can hold everyone under 21 or 24.. Let Geaux!

Well, we don't have retards at head coach anymore so I don't expect to only beat Bama 1 time in 11 tries anymore.

I can see a 20 to 17 win by the tigers with a walk off field goal, Defense will dominate this game, too many NFL guys on both sides of the D line. Would be nice to see the tigers win at home instead of Tuscaloosa.
