No clue. Just telling you what I have seen.

She was the starting point guard on a team with national championship aspirations, and that wasn't going to change

Maybe she wanted a guarantee or thought she had one, but was told she did not. My understanding is that Kim does not ever guarantee a starting position. I can only speculate. I know a few folks who might be able to shed some light, but I don't know them well enough to reach out about something like this. And I honestly do care enough to do that, even if I thought I could, because it really accomplishes very little.

Who knows, she may end up being another Alexis Morris and come back to Kim next year. At any rate, we have a point guard again who is probably as good as and maybe better than Richard. Though Richard is good and going to get better each year IMO.

And they voted her all conference because she was such a scrappy shooter. Lots of good point guards in that conference. Jada didn't make last string sec all conference....

I didn't. They just happened to be the institution that sold the fake degrees to the people convicted of buying them.

Why not just say her grandparents and parents influenced her to leave? SU caught a stray for no reason.

FWIW, unlike Bella's departure, Richard apparently did not send a goodbye message to either LSU or her teammates. And neither did any send her a "best wishes" message, either.. And Bella's dad made his own bed.

Nothing publicly, that I saw, for sure.

Old Jada was our best on ball defender.

Fulwiley has that title, but Jada was definitely second.

I mean, they participated in a degree buying scheme. That's not really "no reason."

Fulwiley gets beat off the dribble more than any one on the team. Hell, she lets them beat her sometimes so she can try to block their shot. She gets a lot of steals ( mostly against poor teams), but that is not the same as keeping the ball in front of you.
