The failure of marriage in the modern culture is the fault of everyone - Men, Women, Media, Culture, Politics, etc. - all of it.
We are responsible as long as we let nefarious forces control it, and abandoning marriage because "reasons" just sends us further down that path. Fixing everything takes sacrifice. Find the right woman, get married, have kids, raise them right. It isn't a complicated formula and there are normal women out there. But the only way around this is through, not by avoidance.
People are getting attacked for poor reasons, but I do understand why it feels that way.
Here are some things not to do:
1. We need to get away from celebrating hookup culture. All of it. No you don't need notches on your belt. Christians have this one right, and most of modern society will never realize this because they just want to get their rocks off as much as possible.
2. On that note, if you can't restrain yourself a little - stop expecting sex by the fifth date or whatever the current trend is. Stop seeking it out. Keep your count below 5. That's not the point of dating or marriage.
3. Stop looking at porn. Yup. Stop. Cold turkey.
That's a good start to reset expectations. Bring on the "prude" comments. It won't matter, I'm 100% right on this. All of it impacts your perspective, your psyche, how you see others, how they see you, etc. It's all connected.

Congrats on never cheating or even thinking about cheating in your marriage. As a single man with great hair I have seen women compromise. Good Christian Family women have weak moments. That would potentially cause a divorce. It’s not hate it’s just the facts of life.

Congrats on never cheating or even thinking about cheating in your marriage.
He has saved my life in many ways and I wouldn’t want to compromise what we have. Maybe respect is what is missing in relationships nowadays.

Marriage and Family is not about sex and love and feelings. But that's what movies and music, unfortunately, tell us. It's about mutual sacrifice for a positive end - aka children who are good humans that continue the good trend by being imbued with a good moral code, the ability to mutually sacrifice, who go on and create a better world after you.

Divorce laws need to be overhauled dramatically. Default needs to be you take what you brought into the marriage- no right to continued financial support from the ex spouse. Split child support evenly.
The continued assumption that women are entitled to what the man earns is an anachronism. They can and do earn as much or more than the man these days. Or at least they could if they tried. This isn’t 1950 anymore.

I tell my college-aged son all the time that who he chooses to marry will be the single most important decision he ever makes. If you screw that up, the ramifications are usually severe on multiple levels. Do not ignore red flags.

Even then there's a good chance that the woman you married at 25 isn't the same woman you're married to at 55.
Gray divorce rates are sky high.
For a man the risk of financial ruin from the Mrs. doesn't end until death.

And in that event a man wouldn’t “lose half.” I’m starting to think some of y’all think divorce is a “man penalty.” It’s based on who earns what in the marriage regardless of sex.
