LSU isn’t at that level yet where they can beat Alabama and Young.

We can, but unfortunately we would probably need the Bama team that played Texas or aTm to show up. I don't expect that coming off of a bye. Thus, I don't expect LSU to beat Bama, but I'm not ruling it out.

Speak for yourself.
Our tigers our trending up.
We have a real coach and coaching staff to challenge anyone—including Saban and his goons.

Bama is def beatable.

If Daniels doesn’t let the big stage of playing Bama intimidate him, and he can get dialed in like he has the last two games, then LSU has a really good chance to upset the gumps!

This Bama game feels like 2018 Georgia to me. I think I even remember a post exactly like yours.

Was in New Orleans for a trip with friends and took a party bus to and from that game.

Doing so again for this one. So I like that comparison.

If Max Johnson didn't suck, we would have beaten them last year with a much weaker team...

I'm not saying we win, but I don't see this turning out like the Tennessee game.

Everyone on here was saying the exact same stuff before the 2018 game like they are now, and then we got routed 29-0 and people on here lost their minds. Last three times Saban's played in Tiger Stadium we've gotten destroyed. People need to quit buying into the BS hype and understand that this team isn't complete enough and consistent enough to beat Bama. Just enjoy the game for what it is and see how we do. But don't expect a win.

think about the ole miss fans. do you think they set themselves up? 7-0 and top 10 and facing their nemesis in LSU. it's just football! enjoy the wins; maybe a miracle happens.

we are competing for the west until we lose to alabama. if we don't, then we've only got arkansas and a&m standing in our way.

and we can beat alabama. i believe we will, but i'm not going to let it ruin my day if we don't. season has already been good, and we are going to have a satisfactory conclusion no matter what.

Don’t get me wrong I love that we are playing better but to expect this team to compete for the west is really comical. I have seen this story one too many times. We get excited to play Bama and them wham we get our cheeks clapped. I really didn’t expect much this year but who knows I guess. Geaux Tigers

This LSU team isn’t on the same level as Bama.

We weren't last year either with Ed O already knowing he was gone and having no shot in the West, yet we led most of the game and still had a chance to win on the last possession of the game at Bama and probably would have won the game had Max Johnson been able to connect on almost anything down the field. And they went on to play in the national championship game last year.

They are a tough team to beat, but we are much more dynamic on offense now with what has happened the last few weeks compared to last year's team, and our defense is better (though the D played a great game last year). I think it should be a good game with how we are playing right now and have a decent chance to win. They almost lost to Texas and aTm, so I can't say they have been at another level the whole year this year.

I’m excited but not getting hopes up. 2018 was the first time since probably 2012 I thought we were 100% going to win the game and we got smoked 29-0. Will forever be cautiously optimistic because of that year
