Jay knows he fd up bad, he’s a damn good coach and will never make this mistake again. I’m sure he’s embarrassed with the product that’s on the field

I agree. You could see it about mid season.
He is going to have to take a long look at his evaluation process, and who he listens to in the evaluation process.
He and the other coaches basically struck out completely this year.
I am confident he will do whatever he can to never fall in this trap again. This has made a major dent in his credibility. He has some real evaluation to do with his own process. I'm rooting for him...not for the other coaches. They have proven to be worthless and gave JJ very little help this season.
