My issues with E and the offense isn't the production, it's red zone offense. Overall the O was decent, passing was top 20 in the country with two freshmen most of the way, but RZ offense was abysmal.

Nope I'm not buying any of it. It's time for someone else to take over the offense.

Ensminger takes crap from the idiots on the Rant who know very little about football in general and apparently have their heads in the sand regarding the situation at LSU with its roster. These dumbasses apparently think that LSU losing 14 players to the NFL Draft and 35 players (41%) from last seasons roster doesn’t matter. They think that having 2 Freshman QBs is the same as having Joe Burrow. In their minds all LSU has to do is suit up a guy in the LSU Uniform and he becomes an All-American. LSU had 48 scholarship players availble last night and played a WALK-ON running back at times. These “critics” are ridiculous.
great coaches adapt to what talent they have. You can’t keep using these excuses.

We finished 15th in the nation in passing. The offense wasn't bad this season. We adapted very well.

We sucked in the RZ though.

I agree with that. However, the passing game overall was pretty good, particularly with what we were dealing with.

I would like someone who can build on what we have, not revamp it.

But the important thing is that he fixed that, the next week we ran out of the I and did QB sneaks etc.

You shouldn’t have to lose a game to learn about a fricking QB sneak.

He’s 60+ years old. He should know things by now.

I can tell you this much, we’ll be crying for Ensminger when he retires and Linehan becomes the OC.

It’s hard to complain about the playcalling lately. Every game Ensmingers had a functional QB in there our offense has been very good. He struggled with Finley because Finley can’t play but as soon as Max Jets was inserted the offense got right back on track.

I’m sure you know more than him. You really should apply for the job.

E doesn’t set defenses up, just like bringing Bradford in on second and long and throw him the swing pass, everybody knew what was coming. He also has lulls of bad play calling and then will finally get going. Need someone who can dissect, game plan , set up defenses and doing all of that while playing to the strengths of your players and not tipping your hand with personnel and formations.

I'm sure most of y'all watched the Chiefs/Saints game today. Did you pay attention to the Chiefs play calling? Sure it helps having the best QB on the planet to excute the plays but did you notice how they drew plays around their best players in Hill and Kelce?

The pre play motion with hill looping back underneath for the TD. The TD and 2 point conversion to Kelce where they did those pitch passes at the goal line? Innovative play design. Something we don't see from Ensminger.

Lots of passes short of first down lines to gain. No RPO no QB option pitches to RBs. I've always liked pitching ball to RB just to help them get outside quicker.

Where all have you coached? I may be able to set up a meeting between you and the staff so you can give them some advice

Tired arse argument
1. After the Missouri game we installed the QB sneak into the offense because E knew he fricked up. Tell me why he has to learn that the hard way?

2. Most people aren’t trained chefs but they can tell you when their food sucks. I am not a portrait artist but if I hired one I could tell you if the portrait sucks. I can do surgery but I know You aren’t supposed to leave scalpels inside of people. And I’m not a football coach but I know Inches to go try a QB sneak.

Did you forget him running 4 plays in a row on the goal line out of shot gun? It cost us the game.

Did you forget that our QB had a torn abdomen muscle, and that’s why we didn’t QB sneak it?
