He has a title with one of the best teams in CFB history. What more did you want out of him? He grew up loving LSU like most of us. Just because he shite the bed in the end doesn’t mean he didn’t love LSU.

Ed Orgeron is not a good football coach. He’s having some identity issues post divorce that contributed to running our program into the ground. However, I have no doubt that he tried hard to win and loved LSU. He just lost his mind with the divorce

What’s your point then? You say he only loved the money then go on to say you can’t wait for the “Bryan” Kelly era, which is a man that actually only came because of an insane check.

Ed Orgeron was a buffoon, but he sincerely loved LSU while he was here. There are plenty on tRant that should question their own passion for LSU before Eddie’s.

So glad you approve of Brian Kelly. Probably means a lot. BTW, it’s hard to grow up in Cutoff and not have affinity for LSU. Just sayin.

I know you’re not actually this dumb, so quit playing dumb. Brian Kelly got the job because he’s a fantastic coach and fully qualified for the job.
O got it because he’s “one of us” and he lied about loving LSU and ran a campaign to endear himself to the administration and the fanbase. He lied his way into a multi-million dollar job and got it despite being completely and totally unqualified for it.

I was once super loyal to my company. Then I joined a competitor and was super loyal to them.
Same for coaches. Ed O had the time of his life here. It was by far the highlight of his career and he was adored by millions.
