Not versed in logic I see. Well, this "player" now has put Ausberry in a bind inasmuch as Ausberry could not then know which time the player was uttering the truth as only one of those statements could be true. There is no way to know which it was. Why would he joke about something that according the the report had a high likelihood of having happened more than once? In his position, Verge Ausberry had a duty to look into it once something of that nature, no joking matter, was uttered. Do you just not get this?

Ausberry made a serious "mistake". Actually he suppressed this statement telling the student not to say anything and that they would take care of it internally. What does that sort of thing mean to you? Why would LSU want anyone with such a cloud over their career employed let alone as AD?

Difficult to argue with that logic.

Are we the only “top 10 athletic program” that will finish unranked for the second consecutive season, for the 4th time in the last 6 seasons, and outside of the top 10 every season since 2019?

Unless I am mistakened, the only information we are going by is the tweet by Ross Dellinger in the sticky thread

Prove it. Ausberry failed to report a potential crime described and then recanted by a "student". What is false about that?

They're calling the shots. Why wouldn't they be okay with it?

All the AD is in this scenario is the go between. Just like when you sit down to buy a car. The people making the real decisions are sitting at the desk not in front of you.

Prove what? Your statement was,

I believe that to be false. I don't prove opinions

Well, Ausberry was just now made the AD. Does that make sense to you?

Not really. You said you wouldn’t want him as Executive Deputy Director of Athletics, which he has been for the past 5 years. So I’m asking you why you haven’t made this post before now.

Because he covered up a crime. You get that?
You are so damn obvious. Nothing you first mention has anything to do with this, and when somebody brings up how unreasonable you are being, you use this as a trump card because you just don't want the guy as AD.

Let me ask you this. Why do you think he's still at LSU after "covering up a crime"? What logical reasoning would they have for keeping him there and NOBODY making a deal out of it? Why aren't news stations running hit pieces? Why weren't they beforehand?

It's clear he was the fall guy for that mess, and they are okay with him leading. The BOS is okay with him leading. The boosters are okay with him leading. The new president is seemingly okay with him leading. The only problem seems to be a handful of "fans" who seem to have it against him.
