Asked him how LSU can go 8-4 again when they went 9-3(10-3) this year when they bring back 17 starters, Aranda, and an easier road schedule.

A little something I like to call the Miles factor.

Slide into those DMs, baw...

For the record, what he said is absolute nonsense given all the reasons listed in the OP. There is no reason why LSU should have less than 10 wins next year, let alone 8...

Arkansas actually loses a lot of players + their quarterback. The problem is where they are in the schedule

think we'll be 10-2, 9-3. and no, saying that does not mean I'm shitting on the program.

I do think there's a ton of improvement / strides to make in the passing game.

the bell cow is fournette and the running game, but the championship will be won based on the strength of this defense and improvement through the air.

i'd like to see the short passing game evolve into something that can be deadly and effective, and not just your stop and hitch routes. The middle is certainly wide open as well if teams want to overload the box.

I was going to say something but then I saw he said we'd lose 4 out of Wisconsin, MSU, UF, AU, Alabama, OM, Arky

Wisconsin- No shot. Haven't lost an opener since 2002
MSU-
AU- just no
UF- I doubt they score enough on our D with a freshman QB
Arky- No Allen, Henry or Collins

We play like shite in Jordan Hare

This.....and why everyone assumes Auby is an automatic win is silly. They will be better. We expect Harris to improve, so why wouldn't they expect Jeremy Johnson to do the same. It will be a tough game.

So I again asked him how LSU gets worse with a better defensive coordinator and easier schedule.
His 8-4 thing was boneheaded but I'm sorry, this "easier schedule" stuff It's fascinating.

Didn't we play like 7 teams fielding their backup QBs?

Yeah and the majority of the SEC will have new qbs or ones with little experience

Bama isn't getting worse until Saban leaves. They will always be a championship caliber team. Ole Miss, on the other hand...

Florida was BETTER this year when fielding their "new" QB. My point was simply that our schedule this was MUCH softer than one would initially think just looking at it on paper.

So you gave him attention on Twitter and came to another platform to post more about it? Sounds like he's doing a hell of a job.

Auburn still has no QB or defense

AU is a tricky team

When you think they'll suck they'll come out of nowhere. When everyone thinks they're going to be good like this year (still trying to figure out how people came to this conclusion in the preseason) they'll flop

This.

Considering they both skull frickked us this year even if we get better, which we probably will and they get marginally worse, which they probably will they will probably still beat us but by a more respectable margin of like 31-21 OldPiss, 21-17 Gumps.

this is the kind of simplistic nonsense that kills me. Just saying "we haven't lost an opener since 2002" means we'll keep winning our openers? Really? That's your logic?

Wisconsin is a decent team, and have been a solid program for many years. The game is at Lambeau, essentially a home game for them and they'll be jacked. And remember that our game with them two years ago was very tight, and they'll not want to lose back-to-back games to us.

We should win, but if you think it will be a cakewalk, you're dreaming.

Same reason negatigers get under their skin. Sunshine is hard to maintain. Eventually the clouds always roll in. These are eternal optimist and I can respect that but they cant handle anyone raining on their parade even if its backed with sound reason.
