I would sit out if I were him. Why risk your body in a game that doesnt mean anything?

If LSU were in the CFP it would mean a lot more, but they're a mediocre team.

So you just want all of LSUs best players to just set out and get their arse kicked in a bowl game so the country can laugh at us even harder?. Yeah they need to just play all 2nd stringers on both sides because who gives a shite about LSU winning right?

You know what else is easy? Assuming each and every one of us would change our decision in greedys shoes.

Stop pretending there's some decent chance he gets hurt. He has hardly any chance at all, and an even tinier chance of being perminantly out.

Because the game does mean something, and can effect the way people view lsu and how successful they are. How do you idiots think this game means nothing after people harped on what a failure the season was after losing to ND????

Not to mention the secondary is in shambles at this point in time. You don't think UCF will pass for 500 yards on this makeshift defensive backfield?

What does it mean? How will it change Whites life going forward?

Ed Orgeron is their coach already.

I'd worry about how THAT reflects on LSU more than one very accomplished player sitting out of the bowl game because he doesnt want to jeopardize a few million dollars.

Devin White gave his everything to LSU for multiple years.

Because no one cares about the bowls outside of the CFP. LSU plays for championships, not 9-3 seasons.

Sounds like it means a lot more to you than any player, except you dont have any skin in the game.

It’s a team sport no?

The only reason he’s enrolled in LSU is to play football. He wouldn’t be here otherwise. If LSU is paying for your arse to go to school part time and play football and represent the school in the one thing that gains it the most notoriety, you owe it to the school and you owe it to the fans and even more so you owe it to the guys you are teammates with to give em everything you’ve got. Until the time comes when you are no longer enrolled in the school, you should play every game.

The ND loss was miserable because Ed Orgeron coached like a pussy. Nothing more, nothing less.

I hope he doesn’t play. I can’t imagine the pain and regret if he has a Lattimore-like injury. Would be similar to Chad Jones.

If it’s not the playoff, I don’t really care. Hope he does whatever’s best for him.

Who gives a frick what non fans think of our team?
We can only hope we get better. If there was no hope why even watch the games?
There is always hope

I may have to eat my words but I don't believe for a second he will sit out. He is too much of a competitor and has too much character to do that.

How would sitting out the bowl game make his character any less? What is wrong with you people?

As a die-hard LSU fan and an adult with a functioning brain I would advise him to.
