If Brennan has the season that many LSU fans and insiders are predicting, next season he will be playing in the NFL. That means the opportunity for TJ Finely and Max Johnson that exists now is huge. Whomever backs up Brennan will be considered the frontrunner next season, the QB with more quality reps, it's sort of the same scenario that occurred when Burrow was at Ohio St, Burrow got injured and missed many reps. One of LSU's backups will gain a big advantage in being the no 2 backup this year. This should be fun to watch unfold in the spring game and fall practices. As coach O is fond of saying, when one player goes out, it's next man up! Finley and Johnson, you're up!

Let's let the kid start a game first before we project him to leave early. He's finally physically mature enough but he hasn't played much at all.

Jesus Brennan has yet to take but a handful of snaps and some of y’all have him going pro next year?

Not sure if you realize how incredibly stupid you sound.

Delete. My bad, I didn't see that pp got suspended and thought something happened to Brennan.

Is it really a huge, huge, huge opportunity? Most fans seem to think it's only huge, huge.

But put me in the huge camp. I'm just not as optimistic at this point. Give me till August and I'll keep you updated.

Dude, don't have a title like that. U have people thinking something happened to Brennan. shite

Didn't mean for somebody's heart to have cavitations. Sure Brennan hasn't started a game, but some insiders have been super impressed with his throwing and his leadership. So it's not really a stretch to predict this being his last season.

He'd need a Joe Burrow kind of season for that to happen and that's not happening.

You probably would have said the same thing about Joe after his 2018 season if someone asked if you predicted him doing what he did this year..
“Yeah, that’s not happening.”

I'd be willing to bet that we have a transfer QB after spring. I also think Brennan will have a great season if O-line keeps him clean..

Actually, I expected Joe Burrow to have a superlative season in 2019. Why? Cause when Ensminger started experimenting with 6-man and 5-man protections in the final three games of the season in 2018, all of a sudden Joe Burrow's passing numbers skyrocketed into the top three of all QBs in college football.

So sorry dude, you are wrong. As I was super high on Joe Burrow going into the season in 2019.

Nonetheless, although I hope Myles has a very good season for LSU this upcoming season, Myles Brennan can't even lift up Joe Burrow's jockstrap.
