Thanks!

I was at the game but missed the top of the first inning so I didn't see that play.

Because they cheaped out and built the wall separate from the bleachers which are free standing.

They could have built them separately but still made it work.

He's right actually. The "diamond deck" was built I think a year after the stadium opened...look in my second picture, it's free standing.

Right, but even still you don't tie the two together structurally. The wall would put more pressure on the bleachers then they are designed for. Also, as golfer said, they don't need to be attached to o what cosmo said. Money wouldn't have been a factor from the beginning.

Actually, we only use five screens. The ones that were along the wall haven't moved since Isaac.

Move them furher back...the next one will go over the wall, hit the concrete, careen off those fences and bounce back...with these umps that'll be a ground rule double.

There was originally supposed to be a berm out there. But then they wised up and built bleachers so the peasants could see all the empty gold seats they are entitled to.

Some of us were just now talking to SHSU's coach, and he had no idea how that wasn't a homer.

No shite. If the ball hits something and bounces straight up, its a fricking home run.
