How will you react towards CBK after a poor LSU performance?

I personally think no matter the outcome, we have a very high quality coach. I do not believe LSU is as talented as Alabama this year, and we all understand why.
So, if LSU gets blown out 70-0 by Alabama, I’m all in on CBK leading this program into the future.
I was never really high on our DB’s and especially our Offensive Linemen this year. Those are 2 areas Alabama can expose.

How will getting torched and embarrassed on national television make you feel towards CBK?

The same as any other coach. He is paid a lot of money to have his team prepared to win. They shouldn't be out there beating themselves and if they play disciplined football then they shouldn't get blown out. This year was never about the overall record for me. I want to see a well coached team that improves as the year goes on. I'm more interested/concerned about what we are going to be seeing for years to come than I am about the results of this season.

This is weak minded thinking. I will never prepare myself for what I will do if we get embarrassed by Bama.

As long as he doesn’t make stupid decisions like he did against Tennessee, I’m cool.

That just can't happen. And it won't. CBK has faced two exceptionally good Alabama teams in the past. Better than this team. With ND teams that were probably not much better than this LSU team, maybe even worse than this LSU team, and managed to keep the game much closer than 70-0. (41-14, 31-14)

I expect this game will be much closer than those and LSU can win this one. Lack of mistakes and defensive performance will be the keys IMO.

So if CBK loses 70-0 to Alabama it will dampen my enthusiasm. How I feel about it a week later will depend on how he addresses the loss and how LSU does vs Arky.

And considering the worst loss in LSU history was 58-3 vs Florida in the Curley Hallman era, there is no excuse for a 70-0 loss at LSU vs anyone.

If you want to ask a serious question at least be reasonable in your theoretical assertion. How would I feel about CBK if it were a 35-0 shutout loss? Disappointed but I would still be hopeful. Don't see that happening either.

We have the greatest qb in college , there is no way we can’t win unless the online doesn’t block or the Receivers won’t get wide open or it will be bad coaching !

If you are going to go with a hypothetical blowout like 70-0, at least make it realistic. Something like 120-0 would be more appropriate, don't ya think?

Well obviously he’ll be the worst coach ever. The Rant will be pissed that dumbass Woodward didn’t hire the clearly better choices of Lane Kiffin and Billy Napier.

How do you not know this?

Good Fit Status (GFS): Suspended. Can be reinstated only with impressive win over Arkansas.

It already happened. And seems everyone is still on board. He bounced back after a bad loss to Tenn with a couple of quality wins.

I'd be disappointed. Much like I was versus Tennessee. At Tennessee, we had a lot of errors but they were made worse by his coaching decisions. Some times, especially in a rebuild year, you run in to a much better team. I don't really get upset at getting out played or out talented. I get upset when we make bad mistake after bad mistake and then compound that with decisions that turn out awful.

We need to get points when we can get them and not be desperate. Find momentum and build on it.

FWIW, you can be disappointed in a coach's performance and still think he's right person for the job and be in their corner. It's not as black and white as many here make it seem.

He has already exceeded my expectations for this season and pretty much all of us wrote this game down as a loss just a few weeks ago, so unless we look completely lost out there, I won’t be all that sad about losing.

One game in the grand scheme means nothing. He’s the guy to bring us back. Of that Im convinced
