Just donate $5 per year lmao. Don’t get coffee one day. That’s it. Every lsu fan does that and it’s an extra 2 mil a year. If you can give more, donate $10, $20, $30 a year to make up for those who don’t give.

How about putting up QR codes in Tiger Stadium to support Bayou Traditions? Simple, easy. Hundreds of thousands of fans each year donating. What’s wrong with this idea?

There are plenty of ways, LSU just needs to get creative.

Maybe we could put QR codes on our helmets or jerseys or something like Oklahoma State did this year.

Yeah that’s not going to put us on equal footing against any of the teams that outbid us for some of these guys down the stretch

shite our biggest problem is we’re a great leverage school, we out our competitive offers and a well respected program so the threat is real. The problem is some of these teams with an endless budget can swoop in at the eleventh hour and make ridiculous offers leaving us without a back up aside from hoping the portal answers our prayers

They should do the “round up your total” at the concession stand for all games, or add a “tip” line except for NIL.

We didn’t get outbid and our NIL collective is among the best in the country. All of the people who put up funds during the Saban, Miles and O days didn’t just drop off the planet all of a sudden.

The question is how much do we value certain players at certain positions with our current roster as opposed to some other programs. Kelly said that today during his presser. For example, there was one school that needed a quarterback so bad the value of that position was worth 13 mil to them. We didn’t have a 13 mil need for a QB, we had more valuable needs at other positions.

It’s not nearly at the level of Texas, Oregon, Ohio State, Georgia, even Ole Miss at this point based on everything that has been disclosed. It seems to be getting better, but we’re still not at that level.

We built our NIL model on self-branding, the way it was supposed to be. Teams started using it for pay for play, and by the time we figured that out we were way behind.

And if you don't want to commit to a monthly payment, check out the Bayou Traditions merch collection, powered by E-lete Sports. We are the exclusive merch provider for the collective. All purchases directly contribute to it.

The recruiting class rankings certainly don’t indicate that.

It’s a great idea, that’s what’s wrong. The people in charge at LSU hate great ideas

I wonder what it would take for Shaq to get involved? He’s on the board at Papa John’s and President of Reebok Basketball among other ventures and acts as the spokesperson for several other companies. Could he help broker some deals with the different entities he’s involved with? He may not be able to bring to the table the up front money some of these guys are getting but there’s something to be said about $X plus I’m going to put you in commercials for nationwide companies and make you a star off the field too and at that point the sky’s the limit.

Why doesn't LSU participate in the ONIT Athlete collections? I would buy card sets for pretty much every sport. Surely they give your players a cut for their Name, Image and Likeness and your NIL fund gets a cut, right?

I have old baseball card sheets for the baseball team when Schimpf and Dean and those guys were on the team...

I haven’t been to a home game this year, but round up your total in the stadium seems like a great idea. Also for local businesses.

I just see a donation as me enjoying a hobby. I know it probably doesn’t make a huge difference, but I suppose it adds up.
