Take the upper decks off. Increase the size of the seats to reduce the capacity to around 70K. (Having a huge stadium is pointless in this day and age) Do not allow season tickets to be passed on for generations. Every 5 years there should be a reshuffling of season tickets.

But on top of all of this. I think what killed the atmosphere and pushed the past “real” fans out, is the piped in music. Not allowing the crowd to what we do.

Combination of toxic attitudes and tech/piped in music pushing out our history.

This is a big factor.

And not wearing gold pants, white jerseys, gold helmet.

Place and team is just like any other team across the country.

Well this is just a dumb idea and an easy way to lose fans.

You won’t. All games are on TV, you don’t have to be there to watch it like the old days. No cell service, most can’t be without their phones.

Commercials, expensive, it takes up your whole day to attend, tons of reasons. Coming from someone who goes to every game, this year has made me consider if I want to keep going.

You are beyond retarded if you think a tiger is domesticated.

Bred in a sanctuary. Interacts with humans on a daily basis but without actual human touch. All food provided daily by humans. Not much different than some of these pitiful animals kept outside in a fenced enclosure or on a chain. So frick off.

Since I have 8 that have been in the family since 1949 I would agree.

Hopefully the regime change will help. The players under Kelly this year didn’t seem very motivated. Our offensive scheme was boring to watch and the play calling was bafflingly frustrating. Defense couldn’t stop anyone on third down, we got little to no pressure on most snaps.

If the players and coaches don’t give a shite, it will be hard for anyone to care. The Kelly regime sucked a lot of the fun out of LSU football.

LSU priced out a lot of people when they began charging $50 to park half a mile away from the stadium and then closed up almost half the tailgating spots to force fans to pay for these ridiculous corporate setups.

That would be the quickest way to lose generational fans.

Also, no ticket to the game, not allowed on campus.

Impossible to enforce.

Yep.

Well and announcing ticket and parking price increases a week before getting your arse handed to you in a basket doesn’t help much either.

Traffic is traffic and there is only so many ways in and out of campus and honestly it’s not terribly different from 30 years ago. That’s not my really going to change much.

But allowing more parking back onto campus would help with sentiment at least. I used to pull in and back up over the curb at the Greek Theater or if I came in Highland just back up on a curb at the Cow Palace. Free.

This is just not the case. In recent years I have been to big games in Tiger Stadium that are within one score, and the stadium still begins to empty after halftime. My daughter goes to Notre Dame, and we went to the USC game a few weeks ago. It was pouring rain and at the beginning of the 4th quarter it was a one score game and nearly every seat was still full. It is really mind blowing watching Tiger Stadium empty out. Maybe they could allow people that leave early to give their tickets to someone else as they exit. I bet there would be some real excited fans to get to see the end of a great game.

I get it, I’m one of them that parks in the gravel lot after an increase last season. There are so many factors for this issue, it won’t get solved. Money is in the bank, that’s all they care about.

I dont have the answer but Auburn is the standard. Always packed, even after scoring 3 points in 3 hours late into the night against suck arse UK

We’d pretty much had the same with setup between the Indian Mounds. You’d walk back to the tailgate after the game, watch some recap while the traffic died down and then head out.

The infrastructure surrounding campus also has not been upgraded to help people off campus quicker.

Honestly not much can be done about this. I would suggest more shuttles

The city is going to start work on making Nicholson 4 lanes from Gourrier to Brightside in the next year or so.

Build a new stadium out in the boondocks away from the river.

They’ll never do it, but by all that is holy, figure out a way to make freaking cell phones work. We’re completely cut off in the stadium. No text, no calls, no internet.

Also…show freaking replays. Why is TS the only GD stadium in the country that refuses to show a freaking replay. Half the time we have no idea what’s going on in the SEZ. At least a working phone would allow us to check here to see what just happened on the field. Watching a game sucks in TS.

This is one of the main fixes. With no cell service, we can't check other game scores, we can't get on TD score board to see what is happening with a play call, TS won't show replays, so we're stuck.

Second is concessions and bathrooms. It shouldn't take a whole quarter to get a tiger dog and a beer.
