I really think they should have given USCe more praise for scheduling Va Tech over a Western Illinois or LIU type.

I can't believe a couple of voters actually had Bama at #11, and one of them had Bama 4 spots ahead of Florida State.

Anyone not having LSU in their top 5 after week 1 are just salty haters. We went on the road and beat the #4 team and were dominant in doing so by the numbers.
ETA: The San Diego State voter went to the same high school as Reggie Bush, probably some lingering pro-USC, anti-LSU bias from the 2003 split championship season.

None of these people should have any influence over college football.need t find a way to make all these rankings obsolete and earning it on the field the standard

The only ranking that matters is the Playoff Selection Committee’s final ranking.
Then the championship is decided on the field, not by some silly media voters.
