It's a shame Jeremy Hill didn't get more touches per game.

Jeremy Hill would have been on pace to get 2,100 yds in a single season. Amazing what he did with 203 carries. This is assuming he would have gotten 300 like Alexander and Fournette.

He also had help with a great passing game to open up the run more. It seems like the amount of carries reflects that.

Imagine what Fournette's numbers would be if Miles would call... and Harris could throw... a few 5 yard passes to the FB per game.

its not enough but Fournette did average 3 catches for 49 yards in the last 4 games. 12 catches for 195 yards and a TD.

I'm not talking about the pass to the TB. I'm talking about passes to the FB to keep the defense on their toes. They threw one to the FB in the Texas bowl. If we did plays like that more often(instead of run, run, throw the ball 20 yds down field) Fournette would have more holes since the defense would have to at least entertain the thought of somebody else in the backfield hurting them.

a few things to keep in mind

You think Les lead teams and players are named on that list 52 times because of bowl games?

Average per gets a significant impact from games played?

How many games did we play in 2003?
