There was miscommunication everywhere because the receivers were running regular routes. No reason for them to be going down field if Jayden was supposed to clock it.

How dumb is Quinn? They didn't even need to run another play. A FG ends the game regardless of time left, they played it like it was the 4th quarter and needed to run the clock as far down as possible or something

They were already past the 2 minute warning, and they were running the hurry up offense. They both should have known to pay attention to the game clock.
Quarterbacks audible out if they see something. Its usually the defense. In this case it would have been 00:14.

An NFL quarterback has to realize the situation near the end of overtime. If a coach has to tell him that they need to get the clock stopped before time runs out to try a field goal...then JD is dumb. He played that like it was the first quarter, lol.
