(This may be a Ticket Exchange Board topic but I felt I could get a more honest and quicker response here.)

My sister asked if I would want season tickets for my birthday/Christmas present (yeah, she's cool af), but we've never bought season tickets before.

I saw people selling some on the Ticket board, just wanted to try and get a feel for what a decent price is.

Looking for 2 seats, not in the upper deck.

Also, is there any section you would NOT recommend for whatever reason?

TIA

I know this is more leg work, both tickets the Monday or Tuesday before home game. You can get two tickets to every game in the lower bowl for under 500 which saves about 2 grand since the season ticket sellers want you to pay ticket cost plus tradition fund cost which is just plain stupid

I got my two in Section 405 Row 30 for $1200. That's just the tickets, not Tradition Fund or anything extra.

They want you to pay the fees for them to keep the rights to the season tix

I haven't found a game where I couldn't buy a ticket in the lower bowl at face or below aside from Bama. Most of the crappy games will have people giving them away.

This. I got lucky that someone I'm related to gets two sets of two, and what he donates he would donate either way.

With neutral site games and shitty teams on the schedule, they aren't worth it. I stopped getting mine. Wont renew until they bring the Wisconsins and Oregons to tiger stadium.

Can get a ticket I would have paid $200 for at face or under on game day. Hell people can't even give tickets away to to some games.

This. I paid less than 100 dollars total for all 7 home games in 2015. That's for the season. All good seats in the SEZ 400 level.

Tickets are easy to find for all games outside the stadium. Not quite as plentiful for the big SEC games, but still a lot. Just have to be a little patient.

I live in NJ. I am 37 years old and had enough Phil points to get season tickets in the lower bowl. I have donate more to the school then TAF.

If that doesn't pass your fandom test I apologize.
