How many more losses?

So with all of the injuries how many more losses are we looking at ? If we can make it through October I honestly believe Texas is our only big test. In my opinion Tennessee will be "done" by the time we play them.

Making those late season assumptions right now is insane. I'm not giving coach talk but to your point about injuries, we have know idea what we'll look like in just a few weeks. So, one game at a time.

Certainly hoping for only 0 or 1, but realistically probably 2.
9-3. Many will be disappointed with that, but I won’t be. Future is bright. Depending on where/how the 2 losses come, it could still possibly squeak into the playoff.
Anything better than 9-3 I will consider great for 2026
I think we’ll split Texas and Bama, and probably drop a random game somewhere else.

Bama and Texas will both likely be favored over LSU, and I reasonably think LSU could lose those two games. Tennessee could prove to be a sticky wicket on Rocky Top. Let's say LSU goes 9-3, maybe 8-4.

Yea but LSU is better than all three of those teams. They should win those games unless more injuries surface.

Texas our only big test? Hardly. You have to realize that we haven't really beaten a good team yet, right? Clemson is horrible and the Aggies are pretty bad also. Even Ole Miss, the team we lost to, got run off the field by Florida. So we could win them all but there will be tough games for the rest of the season. Kentucky, Alabama, Auburn, Tennessee and even Miss. State will be potential losses if we don't play well. So that's six games and if we win four out of those six it will not be a surprise.

I think 8-4 is the most likely outcome at this point, but I can easily see us going 7-5.
I think we drop one of the four October games and go into the Alabama game 6-2.
Alabama-Texas-Tennessee is our murderer’s row. I think we lose two out of those three games, possibly all three. Then we beat Arkansas to go either 8-4 or 7-5. We have great stats on offense and defense, but we have too many injuries to meaningfully contend this year. Also, CLK has been acting really weird in his press conferences lately, almost like he’s telegraphing a disappointing season before it happens. I think a lot of Tiger fans are in for a rude awakening. Given our injuries and our difficult schedule, anything better than 8-4 would be a surprise to me.

2 possibly 3 if injuries hit harder than the fans think. I feel like Lane is saying without saying it's going to be an uphill battle.
