I don't hate Saban, I respect him for being an outstanding coach. Without him coming to BR, LSU would not be the program it is today. I do hate the Alabama fans.

hate is a strong word.....but i do not care about his well being
ETA: this has nothing to do with LSU, but all to do with the fact that he coaches bama. i've disliked all their coaches...same for auburn.

Hated him early on in his tenure with Bama. Don't any more, at least no more than anyy other rival coach.

I don't hate Saban. I hate the situation and the fact that of all schools, it's Bama.
My hatred of Bama existed when Saban was still a nerdy looking assistant coach with a butt cut working for the Browns.

This. In addition, I hated Alabama before he got there and will hate them after he leaves.

We knew an NFL coaching job was on his wish list. The right opportunity surfaced, he took it, and it sounds like he hated it.
I wish he would have gone to a different school than one in the SEC... especially one in the SEC West... especially Bama.
I like both Miles and Saban though. Saban brought the team to a new level, but wasn't exactly walking on water every season here.
It's hard to compare his success at Bama to the LSU program. It is easier to build-up Bama than LSU. LSU is pretty far up there over the history of college football, but Bama is one of those handful of schools in the stratosphere. You place a great recruiter with solid discipline at a school like that and you win championships.
F%#*ing Saban

I respect his abilities. I appreciate what he did for the LSU football team.
I think if he had stayed at LSU that we would have made the history that is being made at Alabama now.
I have no problem with people moving or taking a better job, but I have a huge problem with how he chose to make that move.
I think he's a jerk. Everyone has flaws, but his short man syndrome apparently makes him an obnoxious, overbearing jerk. Lot's of illustrative stories of his behavior at Miami.
I hate the success he's having at Bama. I look forward to him leaving Bama so that he ceases to be relevant to me at all.
I'd much rather be coached or have my son coached by CLM than Little Nicky. I'd guess I'm a hater.

I hate he turned a walkover game to an annual death match.
Alabama currently owns a 47-25-5 record against LSU. So you are either just stupid or so young that you aren't aware college football was played before the rise of LSU in the 21st century.

Great coach. a-hole of a human being. Put me down as a hater.

However, when he willing courted and eventually took a college coaching job at not only an SEC program but an SEC WEST program, I hoped he'd get crotch rot...real bad. frick him with a chainsaw for that bullshite. He was obviously free to do whatever he wanted to do, but I heard from enough people in the know at the time to know that the guy was GENUINELY clueless as to why LSU fans were so pissed about it. It never dawned on the guy that we might, you know, take it personally that he decided to take a job where, by definition, he would be working daily to tear down what he built here.

I hate that he is at bama. I wish he would go back to Kent St. and try to bring a nat championship to that school.

I feel betrayal not hatred. He did a great job of returning LSU to a powerhouse team and for that I will always be grateful.

He is Darth Vader. Sure he use to be Anakin, but for now he's the bad guy. And that's all that matters.

He can suck a big fatty. One of the best college coaches ever...There's not an ounce of loyalty in that untrustworthy mans body.

Another terrible analogy.
Every major college program recruits nationally. You don't think Miles would recruit a 4 star kid out of Birmingham?? Don't make excuses for Miles' inabilty to keep top LA talent here. Saban isn't the only out of state coach recruiting LA kids.

Sign me up. Add most of the state of Alabama, I make exception for the gulf shores area.
