Please don't fall into the "let's talk about Brady" trap. It's a bottomless pit that you can't climb out of.

Most likely candidates, IMO, are JOBIII, Ralston Turner and/or Andre Stringer.
Based on what?
Tarot cards....
Seriously, just my observing them during games during timeouts or while on the bench. They didn't seem to be focused on what was being said or what was happening on the court. In the past, that lack of focus seemed to precede the player leaving the team in the offseason.
Believe me, I want to be wrong and probably AM wrong. Some posters in this thread have made some valid points about the players I listed which gives me comfort that maybe those players are more committed to the team than I surmised.

And you can't possibly count NBA players that left early against him.
So 16 players played as seniors in 11 years?
NBAers: Swift, Smith, Bass, Davis, Thomas, & Randolph?

Well no one would count players leaving for the NBA early. That is 16 players you listed, subtracting players who left for the NBA, how many could have finished their eligibility?

they are all leaving they are all so awesome every school/nba team in the country wants them , they would be stupid to stay at LSU where they won so many games

If I had to bet on someone leaving it would be Jalen Courtney. If he couldn't get on the court this year, I don't see much hope for him in the future.
I don't know why any of our starters would leave. But I also don't know their academic statuses and relationships with TJ>

This thread is full of stupid. Why would Ludwig or Courtney be considering leaving right now? We have no big men signed. As it stands those two will get lots of minutes next season.
And in general, this team underperformed compared to it's talent level. I don't see anyone cutting and running because the team's lack of performance is on the players more than any other circumstance.

“We made a lot of progress this year,” Turner said. “We have a good nucleus of guys coming back, so I’m satisfied with that.”
from the article on the advocate. doesn't sound like he's going anywhere right now.
this quote from stringer...
quote:
"Obviously some teams come to play, some don’t; tonight, we didn’t,” Stringer said. “All throughout this year, we had some times where we didn’t come to play, and we got beat. Make no mistake about it, when we play hard, we’re very good.”
well frick, play hard then.

I count 45 players he brought in (aside from that final season, which I'm not counting b/c any guys leaving then i cant give him 'credit' for. So that's 10 seasons.
I count 23 players finishing elgibility out of those 45. With 4 leaving to go pro.

16 out of 29 probably isn't bad compared to other schools. I say this having no data behind it though.

Maybe they don't look forward to being overmatched at this level. Can transfer to a smaller school get more playing time potentially and not get shite on every night.

Same situation as garrett green this past year, knew he was going to get buried in the depth chart so he went elsewhere.
Courtney is most likely IMO, at least Eddie saw the court this year and had a few bright spots (relatively speaking)
