Since 1983, when I transferred to LSU for my sophomore year from Trinity University. First game was season/home opener against Florida State.
--Went as student 1983-1985.
--Went sporadically while in graduate studies elsewhere, 1986-1989
-- Went on wife's LSU med school student tickets 1990-1992. That was a good deal; she could get two or three friends to get tix and date tickets for her and I'd used them with a bunch of my crew. For free.
-- Went sporadically 1993-1997, including a couple of bowl games.
-- In 1998, a buddy with season tix (LSU law grad) moved to DC to work for the Justice Department. Got his season tickets passed through to me except for when he owuld come down for an occasional game; still have the same arrangement.

1958. I went to 4 games including Hardin-Simmons, Kentucky Florida and Ole Miss. The Ole Miss game was the first sell-out in Tiger Stadium history.

I was just a kid, but I remember it like it was last week: October 20, 1979. LSU 23, Kentucky 19 in Tiger Stadium.
Steve Ensminger. David Woodley. Hokie Gajan. Willie Teal. LeRoid Jones. Jude Hernandez.
It was grand.

Not sure of the exact year but I vividly remember Steve Spurrier tearing LSU up in a late season game that was rescheduled due to a hurricane. Maybe 1964-65 ?
That was when you could get youth tickets in SE upper for cheap. My brother and I were still in elementary school.

Halloween night 1959...my older cousin(he was in his late 30s,I was 12) brought me to the game from Crowley. He bought two tickets 5 minutes AFTER kickoff outside the SE south stadium gate for the unheard of scalping price of $5/each. The rest is history!

First game 1988.
First full season 1995
Student from 2004-2010 didn’t miss a home game.
Now I’m back to 2-3 games/year.

Good deal? You would have had to pay me to watch Mike Archer and Curley fricking Hallman run the program into the ground those years.

First game-1957 Tulane
Wow so you did not see a loss until late 1959 and no home loss until late 1960!

First game 1981.
Went to a lot of games though the years until getting season tickets in 1992. Still a season ticket holder in 2019.

First game was November 17,1979, I was twelve. We beat Mississippi State. The funny, to me anyway, backstory is that my family had just moved to Baton Rouge from Pascagoula Mississippi due to Ingall's ship yard laying off big time due to Jimmy Carter's defense cuts. So Daddy loaded up the family and found work in BR. We ended up getting free tickets to that game and were cheering for State in the North End-zone LOL.
Once my parents decided to stay in BR, I slowly became a casual tiger fan over the next few years. I married my 2nd wife in 1997 and she had season tickets in the North Endzone Bowl. When I finally got my life straight and went back to college at LSU, in 1998, I really started going to bunch of games with my wife's tickets. When I graduated in 2001, I bought season tickets in the New East Upper deck. I held these for a few years and then I moved away from BR and after two years of travelling to BR for games and then getting home around 3-4 am sucked so I let them go. I let them go for the 2003 season and ended up paying for a few single game tickets on stub hub and paying a fortune for NC game tickets but hell I went. I now hold a BS and MA from LSU so my fandom is now very well established LOL

Our tickets in the south end upper deck old bowl was known as "the family section" I remember the tickets for high school or younger were $1.
