Literally every person a street by tigerland was named after was alive as little as 6 years ago. Alvin Dark died in 2014. YA Tittle in 2017 and Jim Taylor in 2018. Bob pettit as far as I know is still alive.
ETA: Forgot Earl Gros and he didn't die until 2013

I would just name that grassy area SW of the stadium, "Joe Burrow Park" and put his statue there, kind of looking towards the stadium.

Rename all the streets on LSU campus "Joe Burrow Street". That way, all the roads at LSU lead to unparalleled success.
