I would guess a lot of pressure with zone behind to make Daniel's make quick decisions and hope he makes a mistake

I don't know if you have noticed this but the more time he takes, the worse he is.

If they keep JD in the pocket as you suggest, we are in deep trouble. He is a bad pocket passer, and gets worse the more time he has for some odd reason.

Hit the QB in every zone read regardless if hands the ball off or not similar to what Ole Miss kept doing trying to hurt Daniels. And yes, Ole Miss did this repeatedly in the game. Each zone read they'd beeline to the QB and let the RB gash them laying Daniels out.

Try to get one of his players to take him out.

The Odd Mirror uses the defensive line to funnel the QB to a LB by giving the QB an "escape hatch" in the DL rush that leads the QB into "extending the play" right into the LB. The Odd Mirror uses the DL to pressure the QB into escaping into the path of the LB.

Interesting concept. Like a trap.

Daniels missed wide open guys and took too many sacks against Tennessee and Ole Miss. The inability to throw accurately down field or find the endzone against Tennessee, cannot be repeated.

JD was 32/45 for 300 yards against Tenn. Our run game was shite.

Yes, he did, but we scored 13 and most of those yards were between our 20 and their 35, that will not cut it against Bama, just like it didn’t against Tennessee. We couldn’t run in the Tennessee game because they weren’t threatened by his passing and had extra people committed to the run. Stats aren’t always a tell all.

Implements the same defensive game plan he used against Danny Etling. Cover the short passing routes, sell out against the run, let LSU's receivers run amuck in single coverage with no f's to give.

Hopefully LSU's offense can make them pay. Personally, I would like to see LSU's defense smother the will out of them.

Don’t ask. Maybe he’ll forget and not plan for it.

Stop the run and easy short throws. Make JD5 throw medium to long passes and make him be accurate throughout the whole game.
