How does one acquire sideline passes?
Need to get closer to be able to sniff the jocks?

Move to Uclub and have your wife become a member of the coaches wives club.

How about give a logical answer

i just dont see the appeal for anyone who's over , like, 8 yrs old... Especially with the fact that, as I'm learning on this thread-- there are literally hundreds of people on the field with passes during the pregame... maybe I'm missing something

My father bid on a gameday experience with the football team for the Auburn game 2 years ago. That included a dinner with the team the Friday before the game. Usually the team would go see a movie but since the game was a 2:30 pm kickoff there was no movie. We would have gone with the team to see the movie had it been a night kickoff. The day of the game we ate with them for their pre game meal. Rode on one the team buses and walked down Victory Hill and thru the locker room and onto the field. There were tons of people pre game and was hot as shite on the field. Right before the band performs everyone was escorted off the field. We had a certain area we could stand in right outside the players bench area. Was close to Allie LaForce and that was when Shaq was announced on the field. It was an amazing experience. Even with the huge lead LSU had , Coach O was in the defense players faces when they missed tackles and assignments. My father is a member of Gridiron Club too. He won the auction at the Recruiting Bash. They have a few games they have that on auction. Don't remember if they do Bama games.
Prior to that experience back in 2000 I was on the field for the Bama game bc I had a sheriff deputy who worked detail for the games get me on the field. I was on the Bama sideline right next to cheerleaders. Was a great moment when LSU won and the Bama crowd was silent. That was the one where they showed the replay over and over and over. From my view I could see the head official look up at the video board during the timeout. It happened close to the South Endzone. Both were great experiences.

Several years ago, if you made at least a $5000 donation to TAF you would be invited to go on the field at a non conference game. I'm not sure that still applies

I've been twice when I was being recruited. Brought my dad once and the other time my best friend at the time and his dad who are huge LSU fans. This was 15 years ago and they still thank me every time I see them. It was a huge deal to them.

Did you sign with LSU? If not who?

I've got enough TAF priority points to where i dont think it would be a problem to pick up the phone and easily get a field pass
Unless TAF is contacting you asking you if you'd like a field pass, you probably don't.

You have to know someone. I used to get pre game passes all the time through friends associated with a previous non-football coach.I have gotten full game passes from friends in the media but that was years ago.

We had a friend that used to work the gates and would let us on the field for pregame
