How did Daniel’s win the job?

You have guys running wide open down the field and a clean pocket and the QB takes off. How bad are the other QBs? I’m sorry but Brennan was a better qb than this. Was the deck just stacked?

If you listened to Kelly before the season he always stressed he wanted to qb that didn’t turn the ball over. It seems kelly values that and will give up big play ability to not have turnovers

Did you see the screenshots of 7 blocking 4 and Daniel’s running for no reason? Boutte could have hit his head on the goalposts. Every player was double teamed with zero pressure and it’s a TD with any other QB.

Based on what? Garbage time vs Southern with backups for the backups playing? You have no idea. None of us do. What we do know is that Daniels is pretty good at running and nothing else. We got nothing to lose at this point.

It makes no sense. How the coaches watched this guy and decided he was the starter is scary. We would have a much better offense with MB slinging it.

Daniels is a phenomenal athlete. Coaches love these kinds of guys because they can cover for a lot of inefficiencies.
He's just paralyzed out there. Way too risk averse. I imagine he looks awesome in drills.
