How bad would we have beaten Ohio State?

Considering what we did to OU and Clemson.

I remember the Michigan/ Ohio State game and Michigan had receivers wide open all over the field.

Sorry if this has already been discussed.

We'll never know because OSU and the rest of the Little 10 are a bunch of vaginas.

They couldn't win their game.

Therefore:

They have no one to blame but themselves for loss to Clemson
Settling for field goals like they did against Clemson in semis would not have worked against LSU
Champions don’t throw a pick in crunch time with chance to win game

Probably similar outcome as Clemson game. Except I don't think it would have taken as long for us to figure out OSU defensive game plan.

Don’t care. Fields’ pick in the end zone with 37 seconds left cost them a chance to play in the title game, though their fans will try to convince you the loss was all because of that questionable call on the fumble/incomplete pass play a quarter earlier.

We would have made justin fields cry. He didn't face talent like us.
Look how trevor lawrence did against us. And then look what he did to OSU. Osu was no match for lsu

I don't care what anyone here says, OSU would have been a way worse matchup for us than Clemson.

For our O vs their D, they have 3 first round CBs to match up with our 3 first round WRs (Okudah, Arnette, Wade). They also had Chase Young who would have absolutely abused Deculus and Charles.

Their offense wasn't as threatening to me, but that defense was no joke.

Ok

But Michigan had receivers open all day.

That’s what I remember...I could be wrong.

It would have been our toughest test because of how much talent they had throughout the roster but Fields would never be able to keep up with Burrow even if Dobbins was taking attention away from the passing game. It’s still a 10 to 20 point win in LSUs favor, that’s how it goes with Alltime Great teams.

So, what Chase did to Terrell doesn’t count? Also, I seem to recall that Chase Young ghosted their last 3 games. How is it that you think Deculus and Charles couldn’t have handled him?

If OSU was healthy I think it’s a very good game with LSU winning by 7-10. With the team OSU would have been fielding with no dobbins and an injured Fields it would probably have been by 20 imo

And Shea Patterson was placing the ball in great places for his receivers in the Michigan game so full props. Guys weren’t wide open

I imagine JB would have played pretty well in that game with a bit of a chip on his shoulder.
