At home with a good bowl of gumbo wearing my lucky scarf etc. Will be changing channels to get the views I want and in constant contact with my football watching friend from my time at LSU. Can’t wait!!

I told everyone to report to the living room dressed in Purple and Gold by 6:00 p.m. Cooking crawfish eutoffee and having a beer to calm nerves.

For some reason, this one means more to me than '03 and '07. I guess the Heisman and going undefeated, and the manner in which they did so, makes it more special.

That said, I want to see and hear this one - without the distractions of others. I'm watching at the house where I'll have full control over the remote, volume, food and beverage selections, etc.

My 5 year old gets Melatonin...

ETA: But he will be watching as long as he can stay awake, which will probably be the whole game. Want to share the experience with him, even though he doesn’t fully understand the situation. He just jumps up and down and yells Geaux Tigers(even if it’s the other team scoring ).

This one feels more important too. I don’t know why.

For that reason, I feel like less of a fan because I didn’t pay the $1000 for a seat, take two days off, and drive 9 hours to New Orleans.

My 9th grader has a basketball game so I"ll be there until about halftime. Thought about not paying attention and watch from the beginning when get home about 8:30 but too many people here in AR know my family's allegiance and someone will say something about the game.
Guess I'll just check score while there. At home I'll be standing the whole time.

My soon-to-be 20-year-old son came in to watch the game with me at home.

We are good luck together.

This would be my ideal way to watch the game, watching this with my grandpa would be awesome.

Watching from home at 2am on Armed Forces Network. Same way we watched in 2003. Hope we don't wake our German neighbors. Eating gumbo for dinner now.

He’ll appreciate it down the road when he sees the photos and vids.
