Not a thought about it. See if LSU can beat Aggie.

I still feel like we can beat anyone and lose to a few good teams
.
I still don’t think we’ve played
our best game

I feel a lot better about our chances of making the playoffs.

The Texas A&M game will really show how far LSU is capable of going. Win that game by 10 points or more and the discussion heats up. It's going to take a strong road performance to believe

I’ll just be happy with the playoffs

If Nuss plays lights out, Durham is healthy and Weeks has a huge game I like our chances against ANYONE on any given night. But, all 3 of those things don’t happen every game.

BK said judge him on year 3 and it looks like lsu even has a game to spare where we’d still be in ATL even at 10-2 (7-1) so I’d be upset if we went 9-3 again just missing out on ATL and the playoffs

I had given up on the guy completely and then when HP went down we’re a different team

I really do hope the best for HP and hope to see him in the NFL, and hate the fact he went down to an ACL, I just think we’re a better team without him. This is an undefeated team if we were playing anywhere near this good the first few games.

I don't care if LSU wins 2-0, just win.

I mean better than 4 weeks ago.

TBH. I’m not sure anyone has calibrated their minds to the new landscape of CFB yet. I still find myself judging teams on the rubric of the last decade.

I also have found a really nice balance as a fan where I just enjoy the ride. Being able to produce an Ole Miss type moment every year is awesome

Nuss is becoming one of those QBs who looks rough up until he makes every throw he needs to to win a game.

It'll all come down to Nuss.

As I said after 3 games, Nuss is the brightest spot of the team. Not worried at all about him not carrying this team.

If LSU can be +2 in turnovers and fix the dumbass false start penalties (limit to 3 per game) I like our chances against anyone.

Only care about:

1. Improving in all facets of the game, and
2. Beating the Aggies

I still feel we finish 9-3 . The A&M game will tell a lot for each team . Winner will make the playoffs . They’re also the most talented team we’ve faced this year

I feel the same as I did after the USC loss. As I said on this board at the time, that game is practically meaningless in the playoff race. So, as I felt at the time, we'll either make the playoff but not Atlanta, make both, make Atlanta and lose and miss the playoff or miss them both.

We've got three pretty losable and yet very winnable games in the next three, so we will know after the Florida game where we stand. And before you tell me how much Florida sucks, we have already exceeded the longest win streak (on our end) in series history. And it's at the Swamp.

If we go 2-1 in the next three, chances are very good to great that we make the SEC title game, and even if we don't, we WILL make the playoff

So, remember that if we drop a heartbreaker this weekend. It's still not over by a longshot.

National championship?

Not realistic.

I wasn't a believer until after that Ole Miss game, but that's probably the most talented offense we'll face all season. This team is heating up at the perfect time. Just go 4-1 the rest of the way and I like our odds in the playoffs.

I love this team and its playoff chances. One thing that’s going to be a major adjustment is now you have to win four postseason games to win a NC. There are 2 scenarios:

1. Conference championship
-Bye
-Win 3 playoff games

2. No bye
-win 4 playoff games

All of these games will be against very stiff competition. The days of how we are used to winning a national championship are over. What this means though is that you have got to have a great quarterback and great depth. I know we have a great quarterback, but I’m a little iffy on the depth.
