I understand he's pitched great so far. I understand he was a Friday night guy at Bama. But there is a reason LSU has an intimidator and Bama doesn't. The stuff does not play against elite hitters, and we will not go blow for blow against other teams aces with him pitching. I've been saying this all season.
He is PERFECT for Saturday, and even better Sunday. Mark my words, watch what Jump does versus state tomorrow compared to tonight.

So you had to wait a month to start this thread for him to finally struggle a bit. He's not as sharp tonight as he has been but he definitely has Friday night stuff. Just because he isn't Skenes doesn't mean he isn't plenty good.
