Talked to several Tiger fans sporting LSU shirts while in the Grand Canyon last June, 2021. Loved it. One couple and their 6’ daughter from BR chatted with us for 10 mins or so. At the time our group of 10 was all family with one of us from Alabama, one of us from Virginia, and the rest from BR and Nola. But, no matter where we now live, all of us are Tiger fans.

Well doesn’t look like you need anything from me, you’re almost a local! Fortune of War is a great pub and hope you enjoy your latest trip down here. Certainly sounds like you will.

Probably around 2012 I got a Geaux Tigers in Kunming, China. Turns out it was Andy Hamilton and his family.

Great story. He has endured a lot as a missionary over there.

Actually hiked the John Muir trail a few years ago and ran into an LSU student and LSU fan from ALexandria at different times. And there were very few people once you leave Yosemite. Good Luck!

Went to a wedding in Durango last year. Played golf at Pinion Hills in Farmington, N.M. and got paired up with two retired professors from LSU.

A great course…please tell me it is still in great shape. I played it about 7 years ago.

Bottom of a waterfall after a 2 hour hike in Costa Rica. Turn the corner and there’s a guy with a LSU hat and I’ve got my shirt on. Geaux Tigers!

You're killing me.

Interesting order of segments. Just curious, did you start w/7 in order to acclimate before moving south?

About 10 years ago I had to go to a little town south of Seattle on business. I walked into the hotel went up to my room and a guy right across the hall walked out and had an LSU shirt on and gave him a geaux tigers. We talked for a minute and he was on vacation with his family. Tiger Nation is everywhere.
