Hi LSU Fans - From the rest of the SEC, please demolish Texas on Sep. 7th

Just saw that they're ranked 5th in the SI Preseason Poll and 10th in the Coaches Poll.
There aren't many teams that get as much unwarranted love as the Texas Longhorns. Please do the rest of the College Football world a favor and beat them soundly in week 2.

UGA was a good team. They were inconsistent at times but overall it’s on Kirby. He’s a great Defensive coach and can recruit lights out (helps that UGa rec budget is 2nd to none) but offensively they had me smh at times. They would get pass happy with the best rb duo n sec last year. But UT deserves credit they beat a top Sec team. They have a roster that’s all Herman’s players now. Make no mistake talent wise they can now matchup with pretty much anyone. 2-3 years ago I wouldn’t have said that. They beat OU and UGA last year which is impressive considering the state of the program when Herman was hired

Georgia was crazy for not giving the ball to Holyfield at least 20 times in the LSU game. He is a monster.

Homie that’s the plan! But UT does have input in that plan and anytime you play in Austin it will be a tough fight, but we have too much talent and experience coming back for them to hang with us for 4 qtrs. 35-21 with 21 of our points coming in the 2nd half!

I lived in Texas for 20 years.
They are the most idiotic look at me group of blowhards I have ever seen.

but but but I've been told so many times on this board that it's not good for a fan of an SEC team to ever root for another SEC team because the other SEC team's success can hurt recruiting.
Jibberish, of course. I often root for other SEC teams when they play OOC. Their success helps our reputation, and I take pride in playing in the strongest conference in the nation.
