Was the man today. This was the guy I remember from last year.

He’s been that way all year. He should be moved into a starting role.

We don’t have reliable relievers otherwise and he threw as much as possible anyway

Isn't he a draft eligible sophomore? Good chance he won't be back next year?

I understand that but at this point we can’t go into a series looking to take one game like we were earlier this year. We have to win 2/3 every series from here on out to even have a chance at the post season. You can’t waste your two best pitchers in the same game.

I think Jump is a better overall pitcher. But Herring has been really good AND more consistent.

And gotta love his nasty attitude! His facial expression looks like somebody insulted him pee'ing in his cornflakes!

LIGHTS OUT!

He is draft eligible. I'd think he would be back but who knows.

I’m anxious to see if his draft profile takes a jump when BA makes their next update.

I understand having him out the pen Friday and Saturday has a ton of value, but idk why we wouldn’t start him
on Sunday if he isn’t used.

Herring is one I’d want with me when the bullets start flying.

I agree. Herring needs to remain as a bull pen pitcher. We really needs another bull pen pitcher with the same relief and innings.
