So it's Herbstreit, Rece Davis and Maria Taylor on the call. Does anyone know the last time Herbie called an LSU game? LSU fans' opinions on him aside, it is a rare occurrence thanks to CBS.

He will play nice because he knows that coming to LSU for the A&M game towards the end of the year could be a big reality and he wants to preserve the free meal at Ruffino's for him and his crew!

Normally yes, but I believe his is calling the US Open this weekend.

Fowler has the US open the first few weeks of the season. It’s also why CBS doesn’t show our game of the week until week 3 usually.

Herbie isn't bad, he just fell into that trap of trying to get info. Not saying he likes LSU, don't think any true tOSU guys do.
Them and OU I find pretty much hate us from 03 and 07.
I never liked Rece, but I did see that vid of him touring our new facilities and he was impressed. Didn't say any of the pc bullshite. So he gets points for getting the arms race.
