There are too many qualifiers in this. I'm not sure what to make of it. Clearly he's not as good as Peyton Manning, hence the "poor man's." But the "on a good day" qualifier? So on Burrow's good days he's a bargain bin Manning or he's as good as a bargain bin Manning having a good day? How good is a "poor man's Peyton Manning" anyway?

Judging from the small sample of collegiate film we have on JB, I thought he's done well against the blitz actually. Usually seems to get the ball out quickly and typically throws in the direction of the additional rusher from what I remember.
