It's because they were good players with upside. We don't have to pretend differently. I'd prefer to have them on the team. But, it is what it is.

Every program has to deal with losses like this. Whatever you think about Torina, this isn't really a reflection on something negative related to her. This is normal in today's landscape. Torina needs to replace these players. As you said, there may be an opportunity to actually upgrade.

She was injured all season with shoulder tendinitis but you would never know it because Beth never divulges injuries. Same with Berzon last year. Pitched injured the whole season and she was told to keep quiet about it. Thats partly why she left.

My guess is he is a manager at Ruffinos since that’s where Beth likes to take recruits. He then bugs people for 3rd hand info so he can come to this board and spread gossip like a 12 yr old girl. He has to defend Beth to keep his relationship to seem important. Oh yeah, he keeps saying she needs a pitching coach, which is supposedly her specialty. So now, no coaching the bases, no hitting practice, no pitching practice, and apparently no recruiting since he said this will be Bryce’s 1st class but hey, she’ll be a great GM.
BTW, I just read a USA Today article and Tori is currently 2nd best and Jayden is 4th best in the portal….subject to change but probably not a lot.

JH was the 19th best pitcher in the SEC and TE hit sub .300 with 40k’s those are just facts and can be replaced fairly easily imo

Facts are, middle of the pack SEC team which by default should get you a regional…not hard to replace.
No WCWS in 9 yrs…not hard to replace
No title of any kind in her 14 years here…not hard to replace.
I can do that too.

I don’t think you’re friends with any of the coaches. I think they tolerate you because you provide a service.
